1.電機(jī)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)不正常，有連續(xù)嗡嗡聲。主要是因?yàn)槎噙\(yùn)行，唯一的辦法就是先檢查動力回路接通三相。

    2.閥門卡死，導(dǎo)致的原因可能是反向旋轉(zhuǎn)和限位開關(guān)調(diào)整得不正確，解決方法是在閥門開啟位置時，使用手輪操作中的錘擊機(jī)構(gòu)能打開卡死的閥門。
